Terms of Service.

These terms are an agreement between you and Skillium Studio ("we", "us") and govern the Skillium website, the Skillium ID account system, and every Skillium desktop product (including Manhwa AI Studio). By creating an account, buying a plan, or using our software, you agree to them.

1. The service

Skillium Studio designs, engineers and distributes original software products in-house. Your Skillium ID is one account that works across all of them. Some features run entirely on your own computer; account, licensing and updates need an internet connection.

2. Your account

You must be 18 or older (or have verifiable consent of a parent or guardian). Keep your Google sign-in secure: everything done through your account is your responsibility. One account per person; plans run on the number of devices stated for your plan (normally one at a time per app).

3. Your licence

When you buy or use a plan we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the software for your own use, within your plan's limits. The software is licensed, not sold - nothing in these terms transfers any ownership to you.

4. Ownership

All Skillium software - its source code, design, user interface, the Skillium name, the Skillium pinwheel mark, this website and all of its content - is the exclusive property of Skillium Studio and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. Every Skillium product is designed, built and distributed solely by Skillium Studio. No third party is authorised to modify, rebrand, re-sign or redistribute our software, and any copy presenting itself otherwise is counterfeit.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't copy, resell, rent, sublicense or redistribute the software or your licence.
• Don't reverse-engineer, decompile, crack, patch or tamper with the software, its licence system or its signed updates.
• Don't bypass or attempt to bypass plan limits, device limits or security measures.
• Download Skillium software only from the official Skillium Studio website or the in-app updater. Copies obtained anywhere else are unauthorised, may be unsafe, and carry no support or warranty.
• Don't use the products to break the law, including infringing others' copyrights in the content you process.

6. Payments & renewals

Payments are processed securely by our merchant of record (Lemon Squeezy); we never see or store your card or UPI details. Subscriptions renew automatically each period until you cancel; cancelling stops future charges and your plan runs to the end of the paid period. Prices can change - never mid-way through a period you've already paid for.

7. Refunds

If a product genuinely doesn't work on your machine and support can't fix it within a reasonable time, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you. Refunds for other reasons are at our discretion. Write to us first - we read everything.

8. Updates & availability

We ship improvements continuously; updates are cryptographically signed and delivered through the app or this site. We may add, change or retire features over time. Online features depend on our servers and third-party services being reachable and may occasionally be unavailable.

9. Warranty & liability

The software is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms (including cracking, redistribution or abuse of limits). You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from your account page.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India. Questions or grievances: contact us.

12. Changes

If these terms change materially we'll post the new version here with a new date, and for significant changes we'll tell you in the app or by email.
